Christian Chagnon is the managing partner and co-founder of IUGO Ventures, founded in 2000 and specializing in private investment ventures involving the development of new technologies. Mr. Chagnon was Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning and Technology at Groupe Vidéotron Ltd. Since 1998, he has served concurrently as the financial advisor for Sojecci Ltd., the Chagnon family holding company, handling investments in venture capital funds in North America and Europe. He sits or has served on the boards of several privately held companies, the Fondation de l'Hôpital Sainte-Justine and the Fondation Lucie and André Chagnon. In addition to his outstanding acumen as a corporate administrator, Mr. Chagnon brings to Whatsnexx leading-edge business expertise and an unmatched network of international financial contacts. Réjean Asselin has over 25 years of engineering, consulting, management and entrepreneurial experience primarily in the telecommunications and IT industry. Prior to joining BDC, he provided management consulting services in the high tech sector. Mr. Asselin was the Founder and CEO of Mobiway Inc., a GPS navigation and wireless communications start-up company. Previous to that, he founded and operated a wireless telecommunications engineering practice. He also held various technology and management positions within two large consulting firms, namely SNC and CGI.
Mr. Asselin holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Electrical Engineering) from Université Laval and is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.).

Jean-Sébastien Cournoyer (JS) has been in high technology since the mid nineties. He is currently President of Zanura, a venture accelerator and technology incubator with operations in Canada and Asia that he co-founded in late 2008. JS is also a Partner at MontrealStartup, a Montreal-based technology seed fund that he co-founded in November 2007. Prior to Zanura, JS was an investment professional with VantagePoint Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund with $4.5B under management. Prior to VantagePoint, he was responsible for the venture capital investment activities of la Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDP) in IT.
Prior to CDP, JS was an angel investor, CFO and Vice President, business development at Terrascale Technologies Inc., a storage software company he seeded and joined as employee #4 and that was sold to Rackable Systems (NASDAQ: RACK). Prior to Terrascale, JS was with Innovatech Montreal and co-founded two internet companies in the Boston area from 1999-2001.
JS is an active entrepreneur and angel investor with investments and/or advisory relationships in many startups in digital media/internet and cleantech. He also sits on the board of MyVirtualPaper, DoubleV3 and ADAPT, a leading digital media conference.

Normand Bélisle has worked for more than 20 years in the communications field. Martin Le Sauteur joined Acquisio as President and CEO of the company in April 2008. Martin is a seasoned chief executive with in-depth expertise in both software development and interactive marketing.
Before joining Acquisio, Martin was Executive Vice President, North America of Nurun, one of the top 50 interactive agencies in the world. While there, he helped developing and implementing innovative business solutions both for Nurun and the company's clients. In addition, Martin oversaw the human and operational resources for Nurun's North American offices (Montreal, Toronto, New-York and Atlanta).
Prior to Nurun, Martin was the former head of the software division for Mediagrif, a B2B interactive technology firm based in Longueuil (Quebec), Canada, and was also president of Flow Systems, Inc., an enterprise-level software provider based in Chicago and Montreal.
Martin studied in advertising and design in Montreal and Atlanta. He began his career in communications agencies. He rose to the rank of partner at Socom, a Montreal-based agency, where his fresh perspective on Internet applications and his eye for interface design helped make Socom an industry leader. In 1998 Socom merged with Intellia, forming the nexus of the company that would become Nurun Inc.

Denis Gadbois is the founder of Le Petit Bélier Inc. (LPB), a Canadian based private investment firm focusing on new technologies and Internet based applications.
He is also the co-founder of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. (MDF), a pioneer in B2B electronic trading platforms, a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada, where he acted has Chief Executive Officer from the day the company was created, in February 1996 until December 2008.
MDF developed and manages multiple Internet based exchanges, regrouping worldwide buyers and sellers in industries like electronic components, diamonds and wines and spirits. It also exclusively operates the Government of Canada online procurement system and owns many governments and agencies procurement systems in the United States.
